- "Broadly Written Claims Run Risk of Losing Everything" discusses the interpretation of Section 70 of the Patent Law (Technical Scope of Patented Inventions by the Supreme Court. In its March 8, 1991 decision, the Supreme Court remanded the High Court's decision which interpreted that lipase claimed in the application means Ra-lipase and that the enzyme used in the application was limited to Ra-lipase (The Director-General of JPO v. Boehringer Mannheim GmbH).
